Terriorists attacked in INDIA

In Mumbai (India) one of the major Railway station in India as well as at Colaba in southern part of the Mumbai were rocked with several terror attacks on late Wednesday. As the news saying that a couple of terrorists armed with AK-47 rifles and grenades they entered the passenger hall of crowded Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminal (CST) Station and opened fire and threw a grenade during this atleast 25 people dead and 50 injured. TV report said.Police cordoned off the CST and none was allowed to enter it.India has suffered a wave of bomb attacks in recent years. Most have been blamed on Islamist militants, although police have also arrested suspected Hindu extremists thought to be behind some of the attacks.

On Nov. 16, 08 world’s largest chain of fast food restaurants McDonald's is open 2 hours late .This restaurant is located in Indiana,When there are lot of customer got upset about there breakfast . Actually I was getting late to reach at Church so I decided to have my Breakfast at McDonald but when I was there at 7:00 AM.(its actual time to open is 6:30 AM) it was close when I was getting back from Church at 8:30 It was still close.. so I got mad as well as surprised what is hell is going on?

40 hours surgery of a girl.

Lakshmi tatama is an Indian born 2-year-old girl in 2005 in northern state of Bihar Having 4 arms and 4 legs.

Her father and mother were day laborers who earns less than USD $1 a day as casual laborers, wanted her to have the operation but were unable to pay for the rare procedure, which has never before been performed in India. They were forced to keep her in hiding after they were approached by men offering money in exchange for putting their daughter in a circus. Many villagers, however, remain opposed to surgery and are planning to erect a temple to Lakshmi, who they still revere as sacred .Before the operation, while being treated for the ulcer and the fever, she was again sometimes an object of worship as an incarnation of the goddess Lakshmi.(the multi-limbed Hindu goddess of wealth.) .Laxshmi was the subject of a surgery carried out by Dr.Sharan Patil and 30 other best physicians included Chief Anesthetist Dr.Yohanann John at Sparsh Hospital in southern Indian city of Bangalore.The surgery lasted for 40 hours. The operation is being conducted by specialists in pediatrics, neurosurgery, orthopedics and plastic surgery.The doctors gave Lakshmi a 75-80%chance of survival during the surgery.After the operation,Laxshmi’s recovery so far has been swift and satisfactory.Afterwards, Laxshmi and her family moved in different States in India and she joined a school for disabled children and her father got a job on that school’s farm.

Halloween did not become a holiday in the United States until the 19th century. The whole custom of Halloween was brought to America in the 1840's by the Irish immigrants.
In North America, Christian attitudes towards Halloween are quite diverse.but as the time passed by, after Christmas ,Halloween is now the United States' second most popular holiday for decorating, the sale of candy and costumes are also extremely common during the holiday .New York City hosts the United States' largest Halloween celebration, known as The Village Halloween Parade. Although The festivals would frequently involve bonfires, into which bones of slaughtered livestock were thrown and masks were also worn at the festivals in an attempt to mimic the evil spirits or placate them.
The main event for children of modern Halloween in the United States and Canada is trick-or-treating, in which children disguise themselves in different and scary costumes and go door-to-door in their neighborhoods, ringing each & every doorbell and yelling "trick or treat!" to solicit a gift of candy ,money, breadcake, cheese, eggs, butter, nuts, apples, etc. The houses are frequently adorned with turnips carved into scary faces, lights or candles are sometimes placed inside the carvings to provide an eerie effect.
Games are often played in Halloween, such as bobbing for apples, where apples, peanuts and other nuts and fruit and some small coins are placed in a basin of water. The apples and nuts float, but the coins, which sink, are harder to catch. Everyone takes turns catching as many items possible using only their mouths.That is the whole concept of Halloween.

We all have stories to tell of Halloween, but do you really know what it is all about? I grew up trick or treating like most kids in America and never knew what it was all about. Halloween, or Hallowe’en, is a holiday celebrated on the night of October 31. There was a prevailing belief among all nations that at death the souls of the good men were taken possession of by good spirits and carried to paradise.The reason why the Halloween celebrates that the dead or disembodied spirits of all those who died throughout the preceding year would come back in search of living bodies to possess for the next year. It was believed to be their only hope for the afterlife. All who were alive of course didn't want to be possessed by these lost souls so on the night of October 31st, villagers would extinguish the fires in their homes to make them cold and inhospitable then dress up in ghoulish costumes and parade around the neighborhood making as much noise as possible to frighten away the spirits looking for a live body to possess. Therefore, Halloween activities include trick-or-treating, ghost tours, costume parties, bonfires, visiting "haunted houses". The carved pumpkin, lit by a candle inside(lights represented the souls of the dead), is one of Halloween's most prominent symbols in United States called Jack-o-lanterns( came from Irish Folklore) The jack-o-lantern is a Halloween idol that keeps alive an ancient symbol of demonic superstition.. Orange, black, and red, the devil's colors, are the colors associated with Halloween.

These laws were primarily designed to protect the vulnerable women in society One thing is common in all laws- they are prejudiced and biased against the men in the sense that they give rights only to the wives and imposes duties only to the husband. The judiciary, while sympathizing with the tears of women, didn’t recognize the fact that these tears may be crocodile tears. Because of these reasons these marriage laws has become a tool for a woman to harass husbands, extort money & property from husbands and their family. You might have read in a newspaper these kind of harassment . but the law itself does not take any legal action against her- this is women empowerment. Under this Section octogenarian grand mom of husbands are being prosecuted for harassment- this is power she got from the law.Generally Speaking , these marriage laws have made marriage more a legal relationship than a social relationship.The law presumes, everybody knows laws. Marriage is a voluntary relationship, in the sense that till this point of time there is no law which can compel a man to marry although in practice some women have compel men to marry them by leveling false allegation of rape against them. Thus every man must know the legal provisions before he enters into the legal relationship of marriage. If he enters without knowing these provisions, he cannot blame any other persons for that. However, it is the duty of legal practitioners and social workers to make them aware of these laws so that nobody dare to enters into a legal relationship of marriage without knowing its implications. . We are living in such a society where we have Rules of Law and when the law is tyrannical and prejudiced, StriWe cannot have a solution.
